We’re not a ticketing agency. For every concert, festival or market we simply provide the official booking link (if availaable) so you can purchase seats or passes at source.
KAYA Zurich sits in Zürich Centre, two minutes from Stauffacher tram stop and about 11 minutes on foot from Bahnhofstrasse. Most venues on our events calendar are 5-15 minutes away by tram or a pleasant walk along the lake.
Yes. Digital keypads let you check in any time between 15:00 and midnight; details arrive by e-mail before your stay. Early arrivals and very-late check-ins can usually be arranged. Just let us know.
Every apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen—hob, fridge, cookware, toaster and coffee maker—plus free high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Perfect for picnic prep or a midnight tea after Street Parade.
We don’t run shuttles, but our team is happy to suggest the quickest tram or S-Bahn route and provide real-time ZVV timetable links. Zurich’s day-passes cover buses, trams and trains across all zones.

A limited number of paid basement spaces are bookable in advance; public car parks (e.g., Parkhaus Sihlcity) sit within a 5-minute tram ride. Ask us when reserving.
Our standard flexible rate allows free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; non-refundable saver rates are also available. Full policy appears during booking and in your confirmation e-mail.
For multi-apartment or extended-stay bookings we can often arrange a corporate or group rate—simply mention the event and dates when you enquire.
Ticket changes or refunds are handled by the event organiser or ticket portal. Your accommodation reservation remains independent, but we’ll always try to adjust dates if availability allows.
